II. Quarterly Reports: General Fund, Landfill, Drug Control, Highway, Bridge, Debt Service, Community Development/Industrial Fund, School

III. RESOLUTIONS

1. Approve filming of County Commission for viewing on cable local access channel.

2. In support of an application for Fasttrack Industrial Development Program Funds to assist MetriCan Stamping Co., Inc.

3. Requesting the Tennessee Legislature to strengthen our stalking laws and increase penalties for stalking.

4. To allocate funds from the Landfill reserves.

5. Annual adjustment to the financial assurance with the state on landfill permits.

6. Discussion and possible Resolution on contract with CCA.

IV. Appointments, Elections and Notaries

1. Re-appointment of Don Armstrong and Harold Williams and
appointment of Larry Evans to the Dickson County Planning
Commission.

2. Re-appointment of Commissioners Virginia Gray and Benny Spencer
and Bennie Noland to the Dickson County Ag Extension Committee.
