Drug fund and fines to be appropriated to Sheriff’s drug fund.

Resolution to finalize sale of the Nursing Home

Voted on and approve by all commissioners

Resolution to assign ESN to Sylvia – Yellow Creek Volunteer Fire Department

Voted on and approved by all commissioners

Resolution to give audit response with plan of action within 45 days.

This was voted on per discussions from the last meeting – approved by all commissioners

Notaries

3 new, 2 renewals – all approved

Set public hearing for amendments to the Zoning Ordinance.

Public meeting set for regular commission meeting in May 7:00pm. This would be the 3rd Monday in May.

Added note:

Commissioner Reed will be calling a full commission meeting to discuss the jail issue. The estimated time frame is about 2 weeks.
